We’ll buy it exactly the way it sit. So that’s the reason why we want to see the properties, so we’ll know exactly how much upgrade, how much repair that we have to do so that you don’t have to basically.

Step number four is we put together an agreement to buy your house and we send it over to the closing attorney. Then the closing attorney is going to handle the escrow process from start to finish. So this way, you know exactly how much money you are going to walk away with, net to you in the end. And also, you know exactly the closing date. There’s no guessing game at this point anymore. Typically, it takes about 30 days for you to sell your house fast to us, but we have resources to close on the house as soon as seven days. For example, I talked to a couple of people that they’re in foreclosure right now, and they would need to sell their house, even like three days, four days. So in order for us to accommodate that, obviously you guys have to tell us that that’s your situation. Once we send the agreement together to the attorney, then they handle it from there. And that’s not much for you to involve at all. We will handle everything on the back end. One thing we might need to do, is we might need to have access to the property to show the contractors who will perform work on the property to give us some estimate on the repairs. And also we also show your house to inspectors and funding partners. Obviously, we’ll coordinate all this in advance and give you plenty of time to prepare.
