We are going to install all new flooring on this house, and obviously redo all of the cabinets. We already have a new range hood, as you can see here. And yeah, new countertop, new sink, and also new appliances. So, this is kind of a job site we’re typically involved with. It’s not going to be the pretty house. It’s going to be some house that needs some love, and that’s how we like to buy. We buy houses that need some love, and we make them pretty again. So, that’s what we do.
